Pilsner Urquell Korea recruitment is available on a frequent and regular basis.

RECRUITMENT INFORMATION

At Pilsner Urquell Korea, we value the competence and value of our members.

  • ·Working condition: Mon to Fri (am 9:30 to pm 6:30)
  • · Benefit: Incentive/Self-development fee/medical insurance yearly medical check-up/Company vehicle provided(sales staffs only)/telecommuting after maternity(faternity) leave (based on employee's role)
  • ·Once you agree with us to keep your application after recruitment process, your resume will be kept for 1 year and we will carefully review it when we have any suitable openings. (Any data/information provided to us will not be stored if you do not agree.)

We have 2 step process as below.
Initial interview – this typically would be discussion around your experience to date, before moving onto the key competencies for the role.
Second interview – a more in-depth interview, typically with another senior member of the team you are looking to join.

Top Tips

  • ·Think about the wider beer industry, and consider visiting an outlet or supermarket to see what’s out there.
  • ·Review the competencies on the job description – this will give you a good idea of the areas we will want to discuss at interview.
  • ·Take a deep breath, the interview is not designed to trick and we want you to be yourself!
  • ·Bring along your questions; we see our interviews as a two-way process and it’s important that you understand our business and what it’s like to work here.
  • ·Allow plenty of time to get here, as traffic can be unpredictable. There’s nothing worse than starting out stressed because you are running late.
